David is a progressive candidate focused on advancing the values of Westchester residents by fighting for the issues of affordable housing, sustainability, efficient transportation, affordability, rebuilding our infrastructure, campaign finance reform, and social justice. David would be the Board of Legislators first Asian-American Legislator. David has fought for Westchester residents and advocated on their behalf for the better part of his life and is looking to continue this service as the next County Legislator for the roughly 60,000 residents of District 12.
